** OT, PT, Nurses, Case Managers, Speech-Language-Hearing Therapists and Pathologists: in order to benefit from the special fee, a document confirming your status (approval letter signed by the Head of the Department or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded as JPEG or PDF format during the registration process.

*** PhD Student/Resident/Undergraduate Student: An official letter of the institution (JPEG or PDF format), originally stamped and signed by the head of the department confirming this status, must be uploaded during the registration process.

**** Low and Low-Middle Income Countries: as defined according to the World Bank Country Classification. Click here for more information on the Country Classification.

If you transfer your affiliation in April, please register after you have transferred.
If you transfer your affiliation after you have registered, please contact the Congress Secretariat indicated below.
A name card which has been modified by the registrant will not be permitted.
A name card and a name badge will be issued on-site.
All congress registrants are required to wear their name badges in order to enter the sessions and exhibition.

Payment Methods

Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card.
Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express or Diners are accepted.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of full payment by the registration department by the deadline indicated.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate.
We will send you a confirmation by email as soon as we confirm your registration and payment.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations are not accepted and registration fees are non-refundable.
